Capabilities

JEP Precision has a well-equipped manufacturing facility, comprising the latest technology in Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines and CAD/CAM for product design and manufacturing. Our capabilities include CNC 5-axis milling, vertical and horizontal milling, vertical and horizontal lathe, cylindrical and surface grinding. We have worked on a variety of materials including inconel, titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, and other composite materials. Broad capabilities enable us to design and manufacture small to large parts, or small to mid-volume batches, or simple to complex components. Our participation in the Local Industries Upgrading Program (LIUP), which is approved by the Economic Development Board (EDB) of Singapore, has given us a leading edge to secure a major contract for machining complex inconel aircraft engine rings. By constantly reassessing the needs of the high-tech engineering industry, the company progressively invests in state-of-the-art precision machines from renowned machine tool builders to ensure that we meet all our customers’ demands. |

CNC LATHE
Our wide range of lathe machines can machine parts from 10mm to 1200mm in diameter. Machining tough inconel engine rings on our large vertical turn lathe machines in production quantities are our specialty. Besides having the ability to machine large parts, our horizontal lathe and turn-mill machines also enable us to work on parts that require both turning and milling operations in one setup. Our precision turned products include inconel, steel, and cast iron materials.

CNC MILLING
JEP Precision’s milling capabilities range from vertical to 4-axis horizontal and 5-axis milling machines, able to machine work-pieces from square of 25mm to 1000mm. Our larger 4-axis horizontal machining machines have a maximum travel length of up to 1300mm by 1100mm by 1000mm, and 5-axis machine capable of machining parts up to 1000mm by 800mm in size. We have extensive experience machining inconel, titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, and iron castings to 10 microns tolerances. These machines are mainly used for larger and more intricate aerospace components, and some machining may extend to more than forty hours cycle time.

CNC GRINDING
Our grinding department consists of CNC cylindrical grinding, surface and jig grind machines. We are capable of grinding parts from 3mm to 250mm in low and high volumes, and both external and internal cylindrical parts. Typical grinding parts include machine holders, machine tools, and precision shafts.
