Established in 1990, JEP PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE LTD offers high quality precision-machined products for the aerospace, electronics and machine tool industries. From our humble beginnings, we have grown over the years from a small workshop and now have manufacturing facilities in Singapore and Thailand. Our production facility in Singapore covers a land area of 15,000 sq ft.
Today, we are a leading sub-contractor for the local aerospace industry, with more than 80% of our production in Singapore specialized in machining aircraft engine components. We also provide a highly integrated service to our customers; offering full turn-key projects from fixture design to machining of components. This allows for greater efficiency and reduced cycle time. As a result, our customers can be assured of quality throughout our manufacturing processes. Our continuous process improvement policies assure customers that our products consistently meet high standards and datelines.
Our subsidiary, JEP THAILAND CO. LTD. specializes in manufacturing machine tools and gear case. It covers a production area of 15,000 sq ft and has 60 employees. JEP Thailand is well-equipped with a wide variety of CNC machines, ranging from horizontal to vertical milling machines, to lathe and grinding machines.
JEP Precision’s vision is to achieve a higher level of manufacturing expertise offering high quality products and services and satisfying our customers’ needs, to deliver a wider range of aerospace products manufacturing, and take up major turn-key projects.

We believe in achieving this through continuous improvement and performance excellence to ensure that high standards and competitive costs of our products are offered to our customers. In order to attain the standards that we set, we apply Six Sigma methodology for continuous process improvements. Our quality system is regularly audited and approved by our major aerospace customers. We will continue to monitor feedback from our customers to continuously improve the products and services that we provide. JEP PRECISION ENGINEERING is an ISO 9001:2000 and AS 9100:2004 accredited company.
